Delivery

We deliver to mainland UK, i.e. England, Scotland and Wales and the Scottish Highlands & Islands. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Ireland but hopefully we will soon! Once we receive your order, it usually takes us 1 day to package your Student Hamper. We ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders to UK mainland addresses are shipped with Hermes C2C GB 2-day delivery so from the time you place your order it should be delivered within 2-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed and further emails when your order is processed, shipped and delivered. Hermes C2C GB will deliver Monday – Saturday and provide 3 attempts at delivery. Full status tracking is available so you will be able to track your Student Hamper on its journey to your recipient.

Student Hamper Limited aims to be great for our customers and our planet. It is important to us that we reduce unnecessary packaging without impacting on the quality of our student hampers. We want to make it easy for our customers so we use sustainable and recycled materials wherever we possibly can and ensure all our student hamper packaging is reusable and recyclable - the box, tissue, label, gift card, everything. We are also working with our Student Hamper product suppliers to make a positive difference with their packaging too. We feel our approach adds significant value to our student hamper. Our goal is to be sustainable at every touchpoint.
